As COVID numbers rise in Oregon, we are keeping a close eye on CDC and OHA guidelines. Even though we are an outdoor event, we require all attendees, volunteers and artists to wear masks and social distance during the festival. If you are sick or are exhibiting any symptom associated with COVID-19, we ask that you stay home. Our goal is to keep everyone safe and healthy, being respectful to our traveling artists as they journey to their next destination. Thank you in advance; we hope to see your smiling eyes on Labor Day Weekend!

Festival Changes for 2021:

  • 100 jury-selected artists, fewer than past years to allow for social distancing
  • Perimeter fencing to direct pedestrian traffic flow and provide extra security
  • No food carts will be on the premises
  • Roving musical performers in lieu of our Songwriters Stage
  • Our educational mission will be on display in our Artist Demonstration Area
  • No “Hands On” Art Pavilion on the grounds

The following health measures will be in place:

  • Double the amount of hand washing stations
  • Hand sanitizer will be provided at each booth
  • We require that all attendees, volunteers & artists wear masks and social distance during the festival
  • Free masks will be provided for those in need
