Art in the Pearl is outraged and extremely saddened by the killing of George Floyd and so many other black people. Our hearts grieve for the families of our fellow human beings. The Art In The Pearl Board supports racial justice and believes all lives can’t matter until Black lives matter. We are listening, learning and evaluating our practices so we may exercise our privilege by taking action against systemic racism, racial injustice, and police brutality.

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the annual Art In The Pearl Festival has been canceled this Labor Day weekend. Artists across the country feel that Art In The Pearl is one of their best shows and therefore we are pained that we have to make this decision and affect the incomes of many working artists. We will be working on creating a Virtual Version of our festival online that will happen around the time we usually have our show. More Information will be posted here when we are ready.
