Description:
most of the pieces I make are a combination of throwing and altering the form of the bottom part of the vessel, then a slab is attached to the top of the vessel and it is completed. the vessel is then carved, and a slip is usually applied for color response. the pieces are finished with dry, crack textured glazes.
