I need to convey emotion in my work, bring the viewer to a place of contemplation and reflection. I build up my pieces using many different acrylic mediums, found papers, fabric, stitching and transfer techniques to reach that place. I love color and form, lines, dots, and marks on paper to bring the viewer to places all over my pieces. I have a process of letting go when I paint and am usually guided from the inside.
