Description:
Each piece has a story and it all begins with the tree. I source locally salvaged and fallen trees and mill them by hand to get the most beautiful woods possible. My furniture is designed to best show off the uniqueness of each board, giving purpose to the fallen tree. What I create is solid, hand-worked and original. My design process includes full scale mock-ups which resolve issues of proportions and comfort. My finishes are silky smooth and hand-rubbed, intended to bring out the beauty I first saw in the fallen tree.
