Description:

For each sculpture, we create a unique mold. Texture is created in the mold. If the piece will contain glass, the glass design is created and adhered to the mold. The piece is then cast with lightweight concrete. We use recycled styrofoam to reduce weight, locking it inside a piece of art and keeping it out of the landfill. Color is added after the piece has cured. We use various concrete stains and pigments, or encaustic.
