My best photography explores an emotional response to the human and natural landscape, and is created when light and subject form an evocative combination. My favorite photography locations are ... anywhere; I go out with a camera and an open mind, and respond to the landscape with instinct honed on 40 years of experience.

I create my photographs using film and digital cameras. Using Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop, I process the raw files to create the final work, then print digitally on Museo Silver Rag heavy cotton paper using pigmented inks. I choose to present the work as God intended photography to be presented: archivally matted and behind glass–-none of that canvas or metal printing for this photographer! I use beautiful ebony walnut frames in a simple style.
