Description:
My work is an exploration into my fascination with natural forms. I use color, light, and the fluidity of glass to suggest the myriad patterns present in nature that hint at a deeper meaning. Surface treatments ranging from precious metals, wheel carving, and acid etching evoke the veins in a leaf, the intricacy of a coiling vine, or the exhuberance of tropical blossoms.
